The whole villa brings together the main house, Studio Augusta and the Ocean Room for a single group. Alongside it, Studio Augusta, the Ocean Room, the Cosy Room and the Pine Room can be booked separately.

Studio Augusta and the Ocean Room are the very same spaces included in the whole villa: they can be booked separately whenever the whole villa is not booked. The Cosy Room is always independent; the Pine Room can be booked separately and added to the whole villa on request.
